You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Perfumes last longer on hydrated, clean skin. Apply unscented lotion or moisturizer before spraying to lock in the fragrance.

4. Clothing Application

You can lightly spray on clothes to extend the scent, but avoid direct application on delicate fabrics as oils may leave marks.

5. Layer Your Fragrance

For even more stronger and longer-lasting aroma:

• Use matching body lotion or shower gel if available.
  
• Apply perfume after showering when your pores are open.
  

6. Keep Your Perfume Fresh

Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Heat, light, and humidity can degrade fragrance quality over time.

7. Moderation is Key

A few spritzes are sufficient. Over-applying does not improve the fragrance—it can be overwhelming.

8. Test Before Special Occasions

Fragrances can smell differently on every person. Test a small amount before applying for an event to ensure it complements your skin chemistry.

9. Travel-Friendly Tips

Use smaller bottles or travel sprays when on the move. Avoid carrying perfume in hot places like the car dashboard to prevent evaporation and breakdown.
